Kim Chapman Vice President

Ms. Chapman is the Director of Medicaid/Solutions for Uninsured Patients Operations.  She has been with us since 1996.  Prior to joining R&B she was in the Army and specialized in Microwave Radio Communications.  She also worked as a Military Customs Agent in Naples, Italy.  She has a strong background in Patient Advocacy, customer service and technical policy research.
