R&B Solutions has been working with institutions of higher learning, state and federal government, students and their families for over 11 years. R&B helps reduce loan defaults, improve repayment and identify high-risk borrowers or high-risk situations.

Working with the borrowers, we provide pertinent financial planning information, helping to educate them about the variety of alternatives available for avoiding default and its long-lasting financial consequences. We also make a variety of tools available to borrowers. Our counselors are always ready to guide borrowers to the correct forms and assist in their completion.

Exit Interviews/Loan Workshops - Designed to help students understand the repayment process, their rights and responsibilities.	Skip-tracing - Assist our partners in finding unlocatable students to prevent delinquency and default.
